Harlequin Fun Casino Hire

Last night we hosted a fun casino party in Winchester for a group of 150 guests at a hotel in Winchester, Hampshire. We had a great time and so did all the guests. It’s great to watch pe0ple playing Blackjack. Even though each player is playing against the dealer, it usually transpires that there’s a bit of friendly competition between one or two of the players at the table, especially if they’re friends or relatives! The Harleuin High Roller tonight was Sally Fieldman who managed to turn her $50 into $3,300 in her two hour stint at the Blackjack table! She was closely followed by Adam Marlow who held a whopping $3,010 in his hand at one point in the evening.

I love Blackjack, it’s by far my favorite casino game. It’s easy to learn, great fun to play, and highly addictive (although, perhaps that’s a reason to dislike it rather than like it!) Happily, at Harlequin Fun Casino we only play for fun money, so there’s no chance of betting your life away at our casino tables! You can, however lose a great deal of pride, when your Auntie Susan beats you in every hand and you walk away from the table having busted when she’s rolling in notes. Ouch… Well done Aunty Susan, you’re a Blackjack natural!

We took two of our Blackjack tables to a party in Farnborough last night, and we had a great night. Blackjack is such an addictive game, its lucky we only play for fun! It’s really easy to pick up the rules and play Blackjack. If you’re familiar with Pontoon or 21, you’ll be familiar with the Blackjack concept!

We always ensure that all guests at our fun casino parties know how to play, and we’ll spend time teaching everyone the rules so that everyone can play, so if you’re not sure or you’ve never played Blackjack for fun before, don’t worry; our croupiers are happy to show you the ropes! Funnily enough, it’s always the beginners who seem to do the best at Blackjack, so you’ll probably clean up! Once again, we took our fun casino tables down to Winchester to entertain guests at a party last night, and it was one of the best fun casino parties we have done this year! Not only did we take four fun casino tables to the party, we also took a red carpet and ropes, Hollywood theme decorations and a close-up magician to entertain a group of 150 guests at a birthday party in Winchester. The atmosphere at the party was electric, and the guests were all in Hollywood fancy dress. There were all kinds of characters there, including Brad Pitt, Marilyn Monroe, Al Pacino, Uma Thurman and Danny Devito! It was such a fun night, and the Blackjack and Roulette tables did not stop from the second they opened til’ the minute we closed them down! Thanks to Rob and Amy for booking our fun casino for the night!

What an amazing night! On Wednesday, we went into London with our fun casino tables and it was such a great night! We took two Blackjack tables, a Roulette table and a Wheel of Fortune to entertain 80 guests at a private function near Bank, London. We decorated the venue with the Las Vegas theme, and we brought along two gorgeous Las Vegas Showgirls! To top the night off, we had an Elvis Impersonator who went down a storm with all the guests. Not only does he look like the King himself, he sounds brilliant too!

The fun casino tables were heaving the entire night, and did not stop from start to finish! Once again, the Blackjack tables were incredibly popular with guests, and everyone had such an amazing time. The big winner of the night was Paresh who turned his $100 into $5,500 in three hours! It’s no surprise that he’s no beginner at the game! Thanks to Anthony and all his team for inviting us down to entertain his guests for the night. We had a really great night as did all the guests!

In a word… BIG!

If you haven’t been to a real Casino before, you’ll probably be surprised at how big the fun casino tables are. Here’s a few notes and measurements to give you a guide!

Roulette: At least 8ft long and 4ft wide. The Roulette table is the most imposing and looks really impressive. We always get commented on how great our tables look, and we’re very proud of how well we keep them too!

Roulette Wheel: Roulette wheels are the one item we get the most comments on! They really are massive and they look really quite grand! We use the 800mm in diameter wheel which is standard in any real casino, but 700mm is also widely used. Our Roulette wheel is made of Rosewood and Mahogany and it looks and sounds brilliant!

Poker: Approximately8ft x 4ft. You can’t really go wrong with a poker table. Everyone loves a game of Poker, and our tables are hand built and have professional layouts. For tournaments, we can re-cover the table with a company logo or crest

Blackjack: Standard size is approximately 6 or 7ft wide and 4ft deep. We have several Blackjack tables, all exactly the same dimensions, and we regularly re-baize them (which means we take off the ‘cloth’ covering and replace it with a fresh one) so that they always look smart and impressive. In Las Vegas, casino tables are sometimes re-baized as often as once a month, but these tables are in constant use 24 hours a day, so the wear and tear on the baize is much greater than on ours. You’ll find in some British casinos (not mentioning any names) that the baize looks a bit worn and threadbare in places. That’s when they need re-baizing. We never let our tables get to that stage, we think it’s important that our tables look as fresh and new at your event as the day they were made!

Craps: Full size can be up to 15ft but 12ft is equally acceptable. A lot of fun casino companies will offer 6 foot tables. It’s really difficult to find full size craps tables for hire. Craps is a great game, but not very popular in the UK, so not many people tend to ask for it. But if you’re looking for one, we can help you! We had a lot of fun down in Southampton last night entertaining guests and delegates at Adoce Media for their annual charity fund-raiser in aid of Cancer Research. We took three fun casino tables to the event, two Blackjack and one Roulette, and we entertained 100 guests for over three hours! It was a brilliant night and we managed to raise £500 for the cause, generated by selling fun money to the guests so that they could play on the fun casino tables. Once again, the Blackjack table was King, attracting most of the guests, and it was lucky we had two of them, or we may have had a few squabbles on our hands! Drew and Maria , two of the company directors, point blank refused to remove themselves from the Blackjack table, until they became the Harlequin High Roller (the person who racks up the highest amount at any given point in the evening) but unfortunately, neither of them could beat the $1,110 that was amounted by Duncan Adams, whose achievement won him a meal for two at a local restaurant, kindly donated by the owner! Duncan went on to blow all the fun money he made, but at Harlequin Fun Casino, we don’t care who has the most money at the end of the night, it’s all about who racks up the highest amount at any point in the evening.  Well done to everyone who played, and thanks again for your kind contribution to the charity.
